The tiny village of Latchi stretches along 3km of coastline with a sand/shingle beach. A short 5km drive away is Polis, a small traditional agricultural town bursting with Cypriot culture. Known in ancient times as Marion, the scenic beauty of the area is spectacular, from the coastal cliffs of cape Pomos to the pine and cedar forests of the Paphos mountains. Definitely an area to be explored with a great many deserted beaches a short drive away and interesting villages in the surrounding region.
